Join us for Sacred Womb, Sacred Moon — a community gathering centered on the ancient art of womb care in harmony with the moon and your cycle. In the first half, we’ll explore how to nurture your body, mind, and spirit through every phase of your cycle — follicular, ovulation, luteal, and menstrual — with wisdom drawn from herbs, meditative practices, nutrition, and sacred movement.
This isn’t just a lecture — it’s a co-created space. Expect interactive slides, open dialogue, and shared insight. In the second half, we’ll open the circle for collective reflection, storytelling, and soul connection.
