In light of the recent popularity of my Sacred Cycle Alchemy Trio Womb Kit, I thought I’d create a simple and heartfelt roadmap to how it works, what it’s done for me, and why this sacred practice of herb cycling can be so life-changing.
This isn’t just a product, it is a piece of my heart, my practice, and my healing journey. Sacred Cycle Alchemy is a trio of poly-herbal tinctures I created to support each phase of the menstrual cycle holistically. Whether you’re new to herb cycling or just curious about aligning deeper with your womb, this is for you.

Why Herb Cycling for Womb Healing?
Herb cycling is the practice of supporting your body with specific herbs during each unique phase of your cycle. Each part of the cycle plays a different role in your reproductive and hormonal health, and the right herbs can assist your body in flowing through these phases with ease and grace.
The menstrual cycle has four main phases:
Menstrual (Day 1-5): The time of bleeding, shedding what no longer serves.
Follicular (Day 1-14): The body prepares to release an egg; energy starts rising.
Ovulation (Around Day 14): The egg is released. Fertility and energy peak.
Luteal (Day 15-28): The body either prepares for pregnancy or your next bleed.
Each of these phases requires different kinds of support, energetically and physically. That’s where Sacred Cycle Alchemy comes in.
The Trio: Sacred Cycle Alchemy Kit

1. Rohini Tincture
When to take it: Day 3 or 4 of your cycle up to ovulation
What it does: Energizes your follicular phase, supporting growth and preparation for ovulation.
Ingredients: Shatavari, Wild Yam, Ashwagandha, Holy Basil, Milk Thistle, Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Red Clover, Dong Quai, Vitex, Schisandra Berry, Nettle Leaf, Cane Spirits, Vegetable Palm Glycerin, and Distilled Structured Water
This tincture is all about rejuvenation and potential. It supports rising energy and aligns beautifully with the growth-oriented follicular phase.

2. Het-Heru Womb PLUS
When to take it: Same as Balance – during the luteal phase and early menstruation
What it does: Calms the nervous system, soothes cramps, and nurtures the womb.
Ingredients: St. John’s Bush, Blue Vervain, Red Raspberry Leaf, Organic Sugar Cane Spirits, Organic Palm Derived Vegetable Glycerin
This tincture is named after Het-Heru, the divine feminine principle of pleasure, beauty, and sensuality. It honors your body during its most tender moments.
3. Balance Tincture

When to take it: During the luteal phase and the first 1-2 days of menstruation (in combination with Het-Heru Womb PLUS)
What it does: Helps harmonize hormonal shifts and ease PMS symptoms and menstrual discomfort.
Ingredients: St. John’s Bush, Peppermint, Holy Basil, Red Raspberry Leaf, Ashwagandha, Reishi Mushroom, Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Cane Spirits, Distilled and Structured Water
Balance supports the body in navigating the emotional and physical fluctuations of the second half of the cycle.
How to Track Your Cycle
Some women, like myself, can feel exactly when they’re ovulating. But if you’re still learning your body’s language, you can use a cycle tracking app, journal, or even temperature tracking methods to better understand when each phase is happening.
My Experience
Through years of studying Ayurveda and global herbal medicine, I created these formulas from a deep place of reverence. I tested them on myself first. After just one month, I felt more in tune with my body than ever. My cramps eased. My energy stabilized. My emotions felt more grounded. My cycle became something I looked forward to rather than something I dreaded.
Now, this practice is non-negotiable for me. It’s a sacred ritual.
This is Bigger Than a Product
This isn’t about offering herbal medicine as a commodity. This is about giving women the tools to reclaim their bodies, their rhythm, and their divine connection. This is about offering what should be our birthright: a peaceful, supported, and sacred cycle.
Sacred Cycle Alchemy is not for profit. It’s for healing.
If you feel called to try it, or if you have questions, my door is always open.
With love and divine intention,
Y'Marii
